A few questions before you start.
Do I need to be good with computers?
You don’t need to be a technical expert. The screens follow the sale tasks you already know, and we’ll help you get your first sale set up. Email hello@saleflow.ca if you’d like to talk it through first.
Can I try SaleFlow before buying?
Yes. Start a free trial with your email address. No credit card is needed and there is no countdown. Five sample cattle and three fictional buyers are ready for you to practise recording a sale, preparing invoices and settling with consignors.
You can also start one separate sale of your own, with up to five lots. Purchase a plan to unlock that same sale and keep your work. The sample sale stays separate. Practice and trial documents are marked and cannot be emailed or published. Single Sale costs $495 CAD plus GST; Professional costs $995 CAD per year plus $275 CAD per sale, including the sale you unlock, plus GST.
Your trial does not turn into a paid subscription automatically. Account information is handled under our Privacy Policy; no-countdown access is not a promise of permanent storage. You can download your sale records.
What do I need to get started?
Start with your sale details and a list of lots. You can import a lot spreadsheet or enter lots individually, then add buyers as they register.
Do I need internet at the sale?
Yes. SaleFlow needs a working internet connection during auction recording. Check the Wi-Fi or phone hotspot at your venue before sale day.
Can my clerk or sale manager use it?
Yes. The sale host or management operation pays for SaleFlow, and the clerk uses it to run the sale. Auction recording currently supports one clerk entering results at a time.
What happens after I buy?
You’ll receive a welcome email from SaleFlow. Follow its link to set your password, then sign in and create your sale. If you already have an account, keep using your usual email and password.
What happens to my sale information?
Your account holds your sale records. Publishing results to The Ringside Report is a separate action you choose; submitted results are reviewed before publication. Contact us if you have questions about your information.
How much does one sale cost?
Single Sale is $495 CAD plus GST, with no annual subscription. It includes the full product for one sale. If you run sales regularly, compare the annual plans above or ask us which plan fits.
